The Tiger Claw A.T.V. was released as part of a secondary retailer exclusive wave of Alpha vehicles for the Rise of Cobra line in 2011. It included Leatherneck (v7). This wave was intended for release in early 2010, and even appeared on store shelves in Canada at that time. For reasons not officially known, this wave was delayed. Eventually, these toys appeared in secondary retailer stores, primarily Ross, beginning in March 2011.
