Anyone know a cheap place for loose minimates or minimates parts? I've only been able to find the one place online (Lukes Minimate Store) besides just going to ebay. Any suggestions?

I don't know where you would get any cheap parts other than the places you have just mentioned but I came across a site called Boyd's Custom Minimates http://www.boydstep.com/minimates/ and the guy running it seems really approachable. Maybe you could ask him where he gets the parts for his stuff?
Sorry it's not a really comprehensive answer but it's the only suggestion I can think of right now :)
