Comics 'R' Us is an absolutely fantastic store that started me collecting comics. Tucked away up stairs on Bourke St, not always easy to find but a gem like this store is worth the effort.

My absolute favourite aspect to the store is the STAFF! I don't think I have been into to any other retail store where the staff treated you like such a long time friend upon your first meeting. I live in Sydney but whenever I visit Melbourne I spend many hours passing the time browsing the shelves and talking anything and everything comics. Upon my 2nd and 3rd visit to the store (3 months apart) the staff remembered who I was, what I bought and what I bought a friend to get them into comics. Simply incredible!

The range and stock is very good and I haven't seen them be out of many items and they order in as soon as something is out. The prices are quite high which is the biggest negative but a constant 10% of all trade paperbacks makes up for it.
